Further proof (as if any further proof were needed) that the Sugababes are determined to be boring... as opposed to moody.

That is the new Sugababes single and if it sounds familiar that is because it is basically that song off-of the Boots televisual advertising campaign with a bit more wailing courtesy of Keisha (and maybe Amelle... but not Heidi because she can't even sing in tune, let alone wail). It is ok. But it is mostly just SHIT.

The best thing about the Sugababes was that they were moody bitches, and whilst we're all for reinvention, we're never a fan of BORING. Even in current interviews/concert footage, the 'Babes seem to spend more time worrying about being NICE and NOT OFFENDING ANYONE than actually doing their jobs (i.e. being Pop Starzzz). If they continue this way (and we can see a major advertising campaign tie-in for Superdrug or Debenhams or something) they will no longer find a place in our heart.

And that's even if Amelle and her family continue to stab their way through the greater part of London. If you don't know what we're talking about then open a copy of "The Sun" on any given day of the week and there will be a story on page 4 about how "newest member Amelle, 32" has stabbed her step sister in her sleep. Or how her mum raped her dad or something.
