The conundrom of Miss Oh

That's Nadia Oh, not Sandra Oh, FYI.

Nadia Oh is a British "rapper" who has come to the attention of many due to the fact that her debut album (released this year) was produced by Mr. Space Cowboy, the man responsible for much of the Lady GaGa output.

But there's something not quite right about Nadia Oh. Whilst her farm of songs seems to be a group of slickly produced, highly catchy modern pop stompers for the 21st century punter, Miss Oh herself seems to be completely dead behind the eyes.

A quick perusal of her videos on youtube reveals that she has all the presence and performance skills of Paris Hilton filtered through LC from the Hills. Also her voice is so vocodered and her photos so airbrushed that you wonder for a minute if she even exists.

It would be completely brilliant if she'd been invented in a lab by Record Execs in a highly sinister and cynical attempt to digitally create a hologram/robot that ends up the perfect pop star.

That, however, is not only highly improbable but possibly illegal too.

Anyway... whilst there's something missing from the Nadia Oh "package" all that can be done for the meantime is enjoy her rather good and highly superficial pop songs and hope that someone (preferably Lady GaGa) teaches her how to perform.
