VV Brown sits atop the so-called 'Hot Right Now' chart for a second week with her breezy essence-of-summer horn-bonanza, "Shark in the Water". The rest of the chart's pretty self-explanatory. Everything seems to have risen a bit, with Dragonette's amazzles new popstomp, "Fixin to Thrill" popping up at 7, "Bulletproof" by grumpy La Roux making an appearance at 10 and "Welcome to England" by Tori Amos becoming the very SECOND song ever to re-enter the 'Hot Right Now' Chart.
