Uh-oh... Sickly cute folk song alert!

Cutesie folk just does it for us, and we ain't makin' no excuses for that. Seriously now. From Regina to Feist via Laura Veirs and Stephanie Dosen: lots of love. This, above, is "The Show" by an Australian lady called Lenka, who has probably been mentioned on every other website on the whole of the internet before this one. To be honest, it's a little TOO cutesie even for us, but nevertheless - lovely and diverting for a Wednesday morning. We realise this is the kind of music that gives advertising agency executives wet dreams and people in charge of music for tv shows nocturnal emissions (!) and if this hasn't already featured in both an Apple ad and the final episode of a Grey's Anatomy season, we'll be surprised... but this won't stop us liking it un petit peu.
