We mentioned A Fine Frenzy a while back and it is with much pleasure that we can announce her return. Above is the video for what we understand to be the lead single from her new album, Bomb in a Birdcage (what a dreamy title is that?). The album cover is a little sparse and blunt, we feel, but we forgive Alison Sudol (for that is her name) because the music accompanying it is characteristically lovely and a fine departure from the more mellow and soft-focus pop of her first album. Below is the artwork for her aforementioned 'sophomore' album, which, despite some uncanny Angelina Jolie look-a-liking going on, isn't all that bad on second thoughts...
Except when compared to the lush and breathtaking album covers for her first work.
