Lady GaGa's new font/logo is causing a stir on the internets because it's big, bold, plain and completely different to her previous one. We can't decide, here at Shiny & New, whether we think it's a stroke of genius or the worst thing to happen to fonts on albums of all time. To help us make our mind up we've transplanted GaGa's new logo onto some of our favourite and, let's face it, some of the most charismatic faces in pop. Ladies and Gennels, we give you James Blunt, Jack Johnson, Bono (off-of legally 'knob'), Natasha Bedingfield and their new smash-hit albums: The Fame Monster.
To be honest, this whole thing has completely backfired. We thought it might be amusing to see if, taking Ms. Lady's new logo out of its context and placing it upon personality-vacuums (such as the stars above) we might be able to tell if it was terrible or not. Or striking or not. Or iconic or not. We're still undecided. This, below, however, will certainly help you make your mind up, AND MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT.
