We think Rihanna's trying to tell us something...

Is she, potentially, hard?

Well this is all very glossy and fabulous isn't it? Very psuedo-feminist, hard-as-nails...? It's good, we think. It's certainly extremely pleasant to look at. Not sure if 'pleasant' is the right word. But the visuals are ooooon (i.e. very well done). There's already been apparent 'up-roar' at all the guns in the Gayoncé video... well, Camilla whatsherface off-of the Royal Family supposedly condemned it, but we think that was misrepresentation, cuz there wasn't actually a quote, just some terrible journalism (we'd find you the link but we can't be assed... what do you think google is for? No we're joking, we love you so we found it for you. Oh shit! We just linked to the Daily Fail webshite. HOW CAN WE EVER BE FORGIVEN FOR SUCH HORRORS)...

ANYWAY.

If people are getting all in a morally indignant lather about Beyoncé's clearly TOY guns and silly bubblegum posturing, then what on earth are they going to have to say about Rihanna's brutal war-chic? Probably some guff about how people are too stupid to know the difference between a make pretend and metaphorical music video and real life. Cuz, you know, when we watched that just now we went on a murderous rampage (NO WE DIDN'T, IF THE POLICE ARE READING THIS WE ARE JOKING. WE REPEAT: JOKING. WE HAVE NEVER GONE ON ANY SORT OF MURDEROUS RAMPAGE, NOR DO WE INTEND TO).

Cripes. Well this is certainly 'journalism on the edge'. *rolls eyes, faints*
