There was that whole thing recently of "oh, is this Róisín Murphy's new single? Well it's not up to much, is it?". Well you can breathe a sigh of relief cuz it wasn't Róisín Murphy's new single. This is. It's called "Momma's Place", it's tuneful, it's 'wooshy' (technical musical term), it's a bit house (that piano riff!), it's very pop, it's catchy, it's dark and it's fun. It being Róisín Murphy it's obviously got clever and arch pop lyrics too, so LISTEN OUT FOR THOSE (what?! In an era of overwhelmingly shit lyrics, it's worth pointing out when you should actually switch on and 'engage').
