There was a dreadful video 'circulating' recently of Sky Ferreira being interviewed and performing at a Parisian 'music festival', and let us be honest with you, readers. We were not impressed. The whole thing was the definition of lukewarm mess. It was all hipster, wide-eyed, pseudo-druggy nonchalance, and purposefully tiny gigs with an audience of 5. That's all very well when you're a 'performance artist' or a student filmmaker, or something similar. But if you want to a popstar, it doesn't really wash or work.

So we're glad to see Sky actually acting like a popstar. We hope it pays off.
