This is being taken off Youtube faster than coke is brushed under a glass coffee table when the police break up a party of musicians but never mind. The reason forwhy this is being guarded so carefully is that the whole point of the vid and accompanying song is: you buy a packet of Dorito's and only THEN are you permitted to enjoy it.
What it is is is is is is two almost identical but contrasting music videos: one day and one night. The idea is that once you've scanned your (empty) Dorito's packet into your webcam you're allowed to watch them simultaneously, flicking between the two at your leisure. Obviously it's an enjoyable and frivolous experience but we can't quite manage to get fully behind it when it feels so much like a diversion! Funnily enough, it is. It's not part of Rihanna's current album campaign it's just a side-show to earn her some money via a big-bucks, high-profile endorsement. We usually hate the fruits of endorsements with a scorn that burns and consumes, so the very fact that we can get through the whole of this without shaking or smashing a hand down on the table is something v. good indeed.
