LOL! PMSL! AMAZE!

Joan As Police Woman is an artist whose music we worship from a distance, but who we don't know anything about as a person. Well, we're now a little bit obsessed, having just watched a video of her explaining what her new album's about (above). You might imagine from her songs that she'd be wistful, calm, reticent, considered, but apparently she's a sassy, straight talking broad (not that women can't be both things... crikey, this is dangerous territory, we'll stop now!). We anticipate her forthcoming album A LOT, it will doubtless be increds and have us weeping/writhing in agony/ecstasy. The pretty, pretty album coverart is below:
