Interesting...

This sounds like Calvin Harris (feat. Marina & The Diamonds), but it's not, apparently. We're not sure what it is, but that's par for the course, these days. We feel like we're moving towards a time where traditional release structure (single, single, album, single, single) is scrapped entirely in favour of whatever creative strategy the individual artist (or their record label) feels is right. Endless promo singles, promo movies, Robyn-style gradual EP releases, new albums every half a year etc. It feels scary but exciting.
